Private Sessions
Duration: 1 hr (75 minutes best for Yoga)
Private lessons offer the chance to work one-on-one with your instructor. The programming is tailored specifically to your individual needs and goals.

Semi-Private & Trios
Interested in working out with your partner or perhaps a small group of family or friends? Semi-private (2 clients) or Trio (3 clients) sessions might be exactly what you're looking for. This allows you a chance to still work in a small, more private setting, and receive more hands-on attention from your instructor. Duration: 1Hr - 75 minutes

Trios (3 students) Session Fees
1 Trio Session $32/each

Private Group Instruction — Yoga or Pilates

Perhaps you are interested in booking in for a Private Group Pilates 1 hour Session or a Private Group Yoga 1hr- 1hr ½. We can arrange these sessions to accommodate a group of up to 8 participants for a fee of $150.

Pilates Introductory/Consultation Private Session

Duration: 1 Hour
To evaluate your needs, begin creating an awareness of the deep torso muscles, and establish a foundation in the work, we recommend a one-on-one Introductory Private Session. This introductory session gives you a chance to work privately with an instructor to assess your needs, goals and address any alignment issues. We will then introduce and share with you the basic principles of Pilates. After this initial assessment, we will guide you to the appropriate Pilates program or class. Should the instructor detect physical limitations or a serious muscular imbalance, we may recommend that you refrain from group classes or be referred back to your healthcare professional.

If, after your initial Introductory Private, your instructor recommends you continue with private work for either safety or stability reasons, or you prefer the one-on-one instruction, you may continue with private lessons.
