Pilates is another wonderful mindful method to choose to stay fit & healthy. The Pilates approach entails a series of stretching & resistance training exercises with a focus on breathing & body awareness that leads to core stability & leaner muscles. This unique system of stretching & strengthening, tones & elongates muscles, flattens abdominals, improves body mechanics, alleviates stress & tension, isolates, activates & conditions deep muscles.

Pilates is beneficial for those with acute injuries, chronic pain conditions, recovering post surgery, those with neurological conditions, who are pregnant or post natal the more mature person.

Our aim is to make people more aware of themselves, more in touch with their whole, integrated being to bring body and mind together into a single, dynamic, well functioning entity.

Pilates on the Ball

The stability ball helps us to engage our deep abdominal muscles. This work out enhances core stability & peripheral movement. Using a stability ball, body weight and sometimes free weights, or tubing we will stimulate the body to work it’s weakest links. Sculpt, tone, strengthen & stretch every muscle in a functional, effective way. Multi Level

Pilates Mix

Mix up your Pilates practice in a fun & effective way. Explore your core & work-out your entire body using a variety of techniques & props such as Pilates fitness circles, mini balls & stability balls. wonderful mindful method to choose to stay fit & healthy. Mom & Baby Pilates

Pre-Registration is a must!

This progam offers Moms and Babies the opportunity to regain strength, flexibility, tone muscles, improve posture, relieve tension and any back pain. All movements target your core muscles, to develop strength awareness and stability. These programs also offer you an opportunity to do something for yourself while keeping connected with your baby, as well as meet other moms.
