It is the nature of the mind to think. Our method of meditation is based on one’s mindfulness of thoughts with breath being at the centre. This variety of meditation does not require a belief in any spiritual or religious system and is compatible with any system of beliefs that you may have. Our meditation programs aid in stress reduction and our programs are designed to help people deal with emotional, mental and physical illness. We come away from the obstacles of our physical body and meet the obstacles within our minds.

Movement & Meditation

Each session will focus on an inner quality in which we all posses while we explore four to five postures that embody these qualities. You will be invited to access & experience these qualities on every level; physical , mental emotional and spiritual. This will allow you to connect & notice these qualities within you every day life.

Yoga Nidra - Guided Relaxation

Nidra is Sanskrit for yogic sleep. The goal of Yoga Nidra is to attain complete relaxation while remaining awake & aware. Try our deep relaxation with guided meditation in supported reclined positions and allow you body, mind & soul to be nourished.

Journey with Meditation

Through awareness & meditation we focus on balancing our whole selves. Each session is designed to aid in the developing, expanding & deepening of your meditation practice by learning & experiencing a variety of simple yet powerful techniques.

Through Yoga Asanas (postures) & guided meditation we will explore your power centres and see how they reflect what's happening in your body, in your life. Unplug from negative thoughts & perceptions & live as a healthier, more empowered person.
