Lee Anne NowellLee Anne shares her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and body-mind principles to encourage students to find the teacher within. Lee Anne draws from her many varied life experiences and daily living to inspire her students to constantly use and investigate their own life from different perspectives and to use their yoga practice as an integral tool into self-discovery. Lee Anne draws inspiration from daily yoga practice, meditation, prayer, study of ancient philosophies, Buddhist teachings, daily life. Embracing all, the good the bad and the ugly, with great acceptance that the day is as it is in the moment. Lee Anne enjoys sharing insight with all her classes where each student can find and nurture a seed for their own growth and development emotionally, physically and spiritually. Over last few years Lee Anne has shifted away from the rigid structure of the Ashtanga series and towards the more creative and flowing styles of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow styles of yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative/Gentle Yoga, and Therapeutic Yoga. Lee Anne challenges her students to have a deeper connection with themselves and others Lee Anne asks that each student to be honest and genuine with themselves in both their lives and their yoga practice. Lee Anne has a lifetime of interest in human body, enjoys the process of guiding participants towards new levels of knowledge, and awareness in both fitness and personal growth. This ultimately leads students to the discovery of applying what they learn and practice in their classes to their everyday life and activities. Lee Anne regularly attends yoga workshops with local and internationally recognized yoga teachers to continue her personal and professional development. Having great feelings of adoration and gratitude for all of her teachers, Lee Anne also hold the same gratitude for her students as they continue to help her to transform. Through the practice of Yoga, Meditation, and Pilates, Lee Anne hopes to inspire and guide others on their journey! HOME AND GEAR STUDIOCompliment and
enhance your practice with our professional gear. OUR STUDIOOur Studio is fully propped with mats, blankets, blocks, straps, bolsters, stability balls and an inviting atmosphere. Soon we will have a small library collection of books, magazines and such for you to sign out and borrow. Beginners are welcome. Modifications are always provided to suit your needs. Continuing levels are for those who wish to experience a more dynamic and challenging session. Class sessions are on-going as per schedule and operate as a drop-in style.
